While the official campaign total is still showing 25.3%, the campaign is actually far better off. Sunoco Employees wrapped up their campaign on Friday, and raised about $1,000 more this year than last, and still expect some last minute contributions to trickle in. When we add Sunoco totals into the campaign, we'll move to about 31%.
That was not the only good news this past week. Canada Coast Guard wrapped up their campaign on Thursday, and although the campaign volunteers are still counting their totals, it appears that they will double last years amount! Great Work!
Imperial Oil gave their first interim report, and will have $78,000 to add to our total to date which indicates that they are on track to reach last year's total amount as well.
